TeeNEXTers

EPISODE TWO(POINT FIVE): TeeNEXTers

** Drumroll ** It’s a mini-sode!

Hello there! Welcome back, hope you’re all doing well :D

Today I have a mini episode for you, its 20 minutes consisting of 4 different drama games from various directors from the TeeNEXTers festival at Le grand Bleu in Lille in November 2018.

I was invited along with Youth Theatre Arts Scotland to chaperone a group of Scottish participants (who are brilliant)(long life the funky 8!) and direct one of the international groups in a devising project in response to the themes of the week (who are brilliant)(“I think I know this song!”). I had an amazing time and learned loads and wanted to share some of that learning with you dear listener!

I didn’t have time to put together a full episode BUT I did manage to catch a few minutes with one of the directors from each group and find out about their favourite drama games!

The guests in todays mini-sode are….

Luc Tartar - Playwright and Artist in Residence at Le Grand Bleu in Lille, France

Famke - Production Assistant and Audience Developer at Arts Center BUDA in Kortrijk, Belgium

Peter - Lecturer and Artistic Director of Crooked House Theatre and Kildare Youth Theatre in Kildare, Ireland

Amber - Director and Facilitator at BRONKS Theatre in Brussels, Belgium

Please do get in touch with any feedback or ideas for potential guests and topics. You can follow @ZipZapBoing_ on Instagram and Twitter to stay up to date.

Thanks for listening, hope you enjoy!
